Thank you for considering Doncaster Gardens Primary School as a primary school option for your child.
Doncaster Gardens Primary School has a restricted enrolment zone approved by the Department of Education and Training (DET).
To assist Doncaster Gardens Primary School in assessing your child’s eligibility for enrolment, please include in your enrolment application an original or certified copy of two of the following:
· A lease completed through a real estate agent (a private rental agreement, ie. between landlord and tenant is not acceptable)
· electoral enrolment confirmation
· council rates notice
· electricity, water or gas bill
· driver’s license
· other government agency documentation that demonstrates permanent residency at that address, such as medicare statement or health care card.
Documents should show the same address and parent’s/carer’s name as recorded on the school enrolment application form.
On request, you may also be required to complete a statutory declaration confirming the student is living in the address provided in the enrolment application and that the arrangement is genuine and intended to be permanent.
Note: Enrolment applications may not be successful if the requested documentation is not provided.
