Parents & Friends' Association
The PFA operates as a sub-committee of the School
Council. Its function is to assist the school in providing the best possible
environment for the children. This is done through fundraising activities
eg. Mothers'/Fathers' Day stalls, Chocolate Drives and functions. As well
as fundraising, the PFA aims at bringing the community together - therefore
non-fundraising activities, dances, dinners, theatre nights etc are also
organized.
Monthly meetings are held where events are planned. Ongoing communication
with School Council is essential. Joining the Parents and Friends committee
helps keep communication open within the school community and facilitates
the opportunity to develop many new friendships.

Ready, Set, Go! Pre-prep program
Beginning
school is an important time for every child and their parents. At Doncaster
Gardens Primary School we believe that the best way to choose the right
school for your child is to visit the classrooms, immerse yourself in the
environment, see first hand the routines that operate and the relationships
that exist between teachers and students.
Out of Hours Care Program
Out of Hours Care Program operates
every weekday from 7:00 - 8:45 am and 3:30 - 6:15 pm. To use this facility children
must be registered with the Out of School Hours Committee. It is a good
idea to register even if you may only require occasional care. Care may
be available on Pupil Free Days.
Registration forms for the program are available from the office.
